Day 5: Coastal Grilling. Explore the fishing village of 

Getaria

The Meal: Eat at El Astillero or similar seaside asadors known for whole-grilled turbot, a technique that mirrors the "rustic, old-world" cooking often highlighted in Chef Joe Cicala's research.
