Northern Spain has cool weather even in summer with average days lingering in the 70's. Their unusual mix of architecture is hard to put your finger on.. A mix of Swiss, Andalucian, or French, with a touch of Viking and Asian maybe? It's fun to try to figure it all out. The true roots of the people and language of the Basque country is not known but it is very unique and has a lot to offer.
We'l have pintxos for days, dinner at 2 different Michellin Star restaurants where art meets science, and enough jamon and cider to last a life time.
