DAY 1 WINE TASTING
Wine tasting and light lunch at the beautiful Tenuta Terre di San Vito. They produce the area's best wine and olive oil and you can buy some to take home, or they will also ship. Tonight we'll have a traditional dish of bombette in Cisternino.
DAY 2 PANZAROTTI PARTY AT A FARMHOUSE
Learn to make Puglia's favorite street food, panzerotti! We'll join a local family at their farmhouse for a hands-on class learning to make the dough and a variety of fillings. Tonight dinner is in the glowing white city of Ostuni at Il Tempo Perso.
DAY 3 A DAY AT LIDO BAMBU BEACH CLUB (OR YOU CAN CHOOSE A DAY OUT IN BARI)
Spend the day at the chic Lido Bambu beach club. Puglia is known for its sandy beaches, (as opposed to most in Italy which are pebbly), and clear blue water. You'll have your own beach umbrella and sun bed, towels and a mattress, beachside snack and drinks service, cooling facial mist spray, and Wi-Fi.
DAY 4 THE TRULLI & OLIVE OIL
Free morning. In the afternoon we'll visit the trulli village of Alberobello with free time to explore the streets and shops then followed by dinner in this mysterious settlement.
DAY 5 POLIGNANO A MARE
After lunch we'll hop over to walk the dramatic cliffs of Polignano A Mare with free time to shop or just sit at a cafe and take it all in. Optional photoshoot with the girls in some of the most gorgeous backdrops in Italy. Dinner tonight in Monopoli.

DAY 6 FREE DAY & BOMBETTE IN CISTERNINO
Morning free to relax at the masseria or take a walk among the olive groves. Lunch and cocktails will be provided poolside.
Dinner tonight in the neighboring town of Cisternino. Shop for ceramic pumi, good luck souveniers from Puglia symbolizing good health and fortune.
