Often visitors to the Amalfi Coast have only scratched it's surface of culinary treasures. To find some of it's best kept secrets you must head higher up still into the mountains, far above the tourist towns.

Our home for the week is on the coast at Hotel Raito.

Napoli is the beating heart of the south. It's loud and delicious. Wood-fired pizza and street food galore.

Enjoy some of the finest seafood in Italy. Learn to make pasta, a perfect marinara sauce using local San Marzano D.O.P. tomatoes grown in the volcanic soil of Mt. Vesuvius, and taste fresh mozzarella on the farm.

3 Nights accommodations at Hotel Raito Wellness Spa and 4 nights at Hotel Imperiale Tramontano in Sorrento. Our first portion of the trip is at Hotel Raito, located just above the village of Vietri Sul Mare, and is within walking distance to tiny shops, bars, and cafes, making it a perfect location to explore on your own and get to know the locals.

DAY 1 WINE DINNER WITH A VIEW

We will pick you up at Naples airport or train station, according to your needs. Check into Hotel Raito. Dinner and wine tasting overlooking the Bay of Naples at Le Vigne di Raito.

DAY 2 BUFFALO MOZZARELLA & ANCIENT TEMPLES

Head further south into the Cilento National Park area to visit an organic buffalo mozzarella farm and walk through the oldest Greek ruins in Italy. Casual dinner tonight at a family run farm in tiny hamlet of Albori.

DAY 3 SAIL ALONG THE COAST

Visit Positano before we hop a private boat toget the best view of the villages from the sea. Sail the coast and stop for lunch at Conca del Sogno, a restaurant only accessible by boat. Take a dip in the royal blue waters on the way back to Positano. Free time in Positano. Dinner on your own tonight.

DAY 4 TRANSFER TO SORRENTO, VISIT POMPEII & WINERY ON VESUVIUS

Today we transfer to Sorrento for 3 nights at Imperiale Hotel Tramontano , located within walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants, beaches, and bars.

On the way to Sorrento we will visit Pompeii with an archeologist to get an insider's view on this ancient civilization and learn how their descendants continue to thrive on the foot hills of the volcano today. We'll have lunch at a "volcanic" winery after out trek. Dinner together tonight in Sorrento.

DAY 5 BEACH DAY & GIRL'S NIGHT OUT

Free day to enjoy the pool or the beach. Before dinner, a make up artist will visit to create a gorgeous look for a girl's night out, Mediterranean style. Dinner, dancing and cocktails to follow.

DAY 6 FULL DAY IN NAPOLI

Guided tour of the city. Try the local street foods including pizza fritta in the Quartiere Spagnoli, arancini, fritto misto, gelato and sfogliatelle. Visit the artisan market of San Gregorio Armeno and head underground into the catacombs of San Gennaro, the city's patron saint. Dinner at Tandem for some of the best Neapolitan ragu on earth.
